Brief description

The aim of the event was to elaborate and to create an awareness of the concept of EU-citizenship in general and to investigate the interpretations of the European Charter in particular. The project was originally written, when the ACC had its office at Højskolen Snoghøj, Denmark, in 2000. When the ACC International Programme Office moved, the project was "homeless" but was finally carried out at Højskolen Snoghøj anyway as a part of the Youth2002 Linda Jakobsone and Conchi Gallego from the ACC board implemented the project at Snoghøj in July 2002.
