Ferro Please find attached my Master's Thesis on the topic of the double standard the EU applies in what concernes minority rights protection - meaning exaggerated requests from new members and candidate countries (i.e. Copenhagen criteria and not only), while the same is not required from old MS. The thesis ocntains a case study on the Roma minority in both Eastern and Western Europe.
