27-10-04 Concepción Naval It is a pleasure for me to manifest my support for the First European
Community College (FECC).
This project manifests itself in a very genuine way the importance of
social participation.
I think it is an important iniciative worthy of support in order to
promote, around Europe and all over the world, an active and
participatory citizenship, in the framework of liberal democracies.
