It is very honorable to get an invitation from your organisation which aims to create alternative solutions for European citizenship identity.
However want to point out that I am from Turkey and as you know Turkey is not a part of European Union. In Turkey there is no community as it known European Commission. Our NGO is University Club which shows activity in university constitution. We do some activities about European Union but I do not think that we can match Community College Format. From this point of view our contribution should include different parameters.
Moreover I will talk about this invitation with my friend from my Club and I will send more detailed text about our activities and our possible contribution.
